Once you have selected a property or properties that you are interested in you will want to arrange a viewing. You can do this by calling the phone number above or use the enquiry form on the left of this page, or you can use the "Email agent" on our Rightmove page.

After a viewing has been conducted and you wish to make an application for the property you have viewed an appointment will be made for you to complete an application form.

The cost of making such an application is %uFFFD95.00 for each wishing to be considered for a tenancy.

Once your application has been received we will conduct no more viewings on that particular property. In essence the property has been "reserved" for you pending successful referencing.

Each applicant will be referenced using our appointed referencing company. This should take no longer than 48 hours providing the referencing company can confirm the information provided on the application.

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable

If your application is successful we will contact you and arrange a date for you to sign the relevant documents and take possession of the property.

Should your referencing be unsuccessful, Don\\\'t Panic! This may not be the end. Depending on your circumstances we may still be able to proceed with your application. For example a guarantor and/ or rent in advance may be required. whatever your circumstances we will endeavour to help you in any way we can.
